Absolutely, we have a supply and installation service.
What does your installation service include?
Our installation service includes:
- A final check measure, where we double check all measurements before beginning the manufacturing process
- Delivery to the job site
- All equipment required including scaffolding and lifting equipment where required
- Removal of the old windows and doors
- Disposal of the old windows and doors
- New hardwood reveals, either raw or primed
- New architraves
- 7-year manufacturer’s warranty*
All of our windows and doors are fully installed and trimmed. This means the only thing left for you to do is paint or stain your reveals and architraves to suit your home.
It depends on the scope of the works. It could take 2-3 hours all the way through to 5 days. The more windows/doors the longer it can take along with accessibility of each window/door.
We offer 30 different colours and 5 of those are textured.
This is specific to the customer, but generally includes:
- Delivery to the job site, however windows can be picked up from our Nunawading factory.
- Hardwood reveals, either raw or primed
- Site glazing where required
- 6-year limited manufacturer’s warranty* (for example, we do not warrant damage or issues that are as a result of installation where we did not install the product)
As we are a window manufacturer, we do not offer a repair service for issues with windows/doors or other manufacturers products. This excludes issues which are covered under warranty.
No worries! We can stage your replacement, meaning we do certain sections of the house, or certain doors/windows at a time. For more information, speak to our team.
Most of our frames suit both single and double glazing, double glazing will not drastically increase the price. For more information, speak to our team.
No, most of the time window frames that are single glazed do not have the capability of holding double glazing, so if you’re wanting to double glaze your windows, you’ll more than likely need to replace the entire window, including the frame.

No, we are exclusively an aluminium window supplier.
No, we do not manufacture rounded frames.
No, we do not make curved windows.
It’s very easy to maintain aluminium windows and doors. Cleaning of the powder coat can be as simple as using car wash liquid in a bucket with warm water, soft bristle broom and the garden hose. As for keeping the track clean on your sliding door sliding window, vacuum the track and if there is a bit of grim just wipe it with a damp cloth or sponge.
No, we do not do glass replacement. Broken glass that is not faulty is not covered under warranty and will need to be replaced by a glass replacement service
No, the aluminium frame cannot rot or rust.
The lead time will vary due to the seasons and the level of work already in the system. Lead times are an approximate only. There are a number of factors involved in the lead time.
Yes, each openable window will come standard with a Fibreglass Flyscreen hwoever, if you are in a Bal-rated area it will come with a stainless-steel mesh flyscreen.
Most doors come with a pull over Flyscreen to sliding/stacker door (2&4 panel, 3&6 panel stacker), and again depending on if there the house is in a Bal-rated area depends on the mesh type.
NOTE: Hinge doors, French Doors, Bi-folds and 4&8 panel stacker doors not not come with a flyscreen door. If you refer your query to your consultant they will be able to help.
Yes, they are manufactured in our factory located in Nunawading. The aluminium itself is also extruded here in Victoria.
