Regular general maintenance and cleaning of all Rylock products is highly recommended to keep them in the best condition and to also help prolong the life of the hardware. We recommend washing your frames with soapy water at least once every six months. If you live close to the beach, we recommend cleaning your frames at least once every month to prevent salt build-up.
Sliding Windows, Sliding Doors & Stacker Doors: It’s important to keep the track as free of dirt/sand and debris as possible. Build-up of dirt & debris in the track will reduce the life of your rollers. We recommend vacuuming the track regularly, and wiping over with a damp cloth or paper towel where required for stuck-on dirt and debris.
